- Your physician will send your prescription to our pharmacy for processing.
- Our billing specialists will contact your insurance company to determine coverage for your medication and arrange any necessary pre-authorization with your physician.
- Our helpful staff will contact you to schedule an appointment with one of our specially trained Registered Nurses to provide education regarding your treatment in the comfort of your home. We will also arrange delivery of your medication to your home.
- You will speak with our Nurse Coordinator each month to monitor your therapy and arrange monthly deliveries of medication to your home.
- We will be available to you 24 hours every day to answer questions regarding your treatment.
